Prepping to Cut
Your 3D Puff HTV cuts just like any HTV, mirror shiny side down.
Be sure your cutting machine is on an iron on vinyl setting.
If you do not get a clean cut. You can adjust the pressure to add more if needed.
Weeding your design
You can use a weeding tool to help you remove pieces as needed.
Preparing to Heat Press
Add your Puff design to your apparel or item of choice.
Be sure your heat press is at 300 degrees. You will use low-medium pressure.
First Press
On your First Press- you will add heat for 3 Seconds over the image then Remove from Backing Film.
Go back over your image for a Second Press 10-15 Seconds.
THESE COLORS APPEAR DARK PRIOR TO BEING PRESSED. THE COLOR LIGHTENS AS IT EXPANDS
Wrinkly Puff HTV ?
Here is an example of what your puff htv texture may resemble if you are not able to cover your entire image with your heat press with medium pressure for those first 3 seconds.
