Shipping within the Continental USA (Lower 48)

Shipping Cutoff Times

We strive to fulfill all orders as soon as they are made and ship them as soon as physically possible.  Generally speaking, orders placed weekdays before 2:00 pm EDT, will be started the same day.  Exceptions to this generally include: custom printed items, drop shipped items (usually marked on the product page), out of stock items.

Distributors and/or brokers often put thier UPS account on file with us such that we can Blind Ship on thier behalf at thier negoitated UPS rates.

In-Store Pick Up

You'll be notified as soon as your order is ready for pick up.

USPS

USPS is only offered to our customers whose orders originate from our partners (Walmart.com, Amazon, eBay, etc) and/or if your address is not deliverable via UPS.

Shipping Claims, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

UPS (Lower 48 States)

It is important to understand:

  • We are not a shipping company.
  • We print apparel, transfers, and sell related materials.
  • If a package is scanned into the UPS system, UPS is responsible for that package until it reaches the customer.
  • If during UPS transit a package is lost or damaged, an investigation will have to be opened with UPS on the shipper's account (JDC, LLC).  An investigation will take up to 8 days to complete.  Once an investigation is closed either the package will be delivered or a claim will be filed.

In the event a customer cannot wait on a UPS investigation:

  • We will start the investigation process with UPS (starting the 8 day clock)
  • We will invoice the customer for a reprint of the items in question.
  • Customer will make payment in full for the re-printed order.
  • We will RUSH print the order to ensure earliest possible shipping.
  • When the investigation is completed, either:
    • We will receive the claim payout and refund the re-printed order
      • – or –
    • UPS will deliver the original order (this is the least beneficial outcome as the customer has paid for two orders and only used one, and transfers are non-returnable)

All Others

Other claims and shipping related issues will be handled on a case by case basis

International Shipping

We are thrilled to have the opportunity to reach the other sides of the world with our products.  We know international shipping can be frustrating, expensive, and even a little scary.  We will make the best effort to ship your order ASAP following order placement.

Customs processing and any additional fees pertaining to imports, tarrifs, and/or additional logistics required beyond the the shipping fees paid at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.  We do not control any of the above, nor international shipping / import laws.
